Variable Rate.
A variable rate is a rate that is not fixed and can fluctuate depending on decisions made by individual financial institutions.

A mode of transport, loans for vehicules are very common.
Voters Roll.
A register that shows what names are registered against a
particular address during each year. This can be used as proof of residence.
